Kochi: Kerala higher education minister R Bindu on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction over the behaviour of some leaders within the party towards women. She was speaking at the CPM state conference during the discussions on the organisational report.

Some leaders still behave indecently with women. Complaints against such people are not dealt with seriousness. Complainants are being ignored. It is saddening, she said.
