Deceased Nidhin, Indulekha
Alappuzha: A 34-year-old fisherman was found hanging at his house in Karoor near Purakkad here on Wednesday. A day later, his 54-year-old mother died of cardiac arrest after she came to know about his death.
The deceased have been identified as Nidhin and his mother Indulekha.
Nidhin was found hanging at the house on Wednesday night. When informed about Nidhin’s death, Indulekha suffered a cardiac arrest. She was rushed to Medical College Hospital. She died on Thursday while undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, reports suggest Nidhin died by suicide. The motive remains unknown and police have been probing the matter.
