Kannur: Youth Congress leader and Shuhaib murder case accused Akash Thillankeri, whom Customs questioned in Karipur gold smuggling case, is getting married. He informed the matter by sharing the ‘Save the Date’ video on his Facebook account.
The bride is Kannur native Anupama. The wedding is on May 12. The note along with the video reads ‘Anupama and I are getting married on May 12. Seeking the blessings of all.’
Akash is a friend of Arjun Ayanki who was arrested in the Karipur gold smuggling case. Akash was questioned by customs based on the statements of Arjun Ayanki. His house was also raided.
