Thiruvananthapuram: DMRC former chief E Sreedharan, who joined the BJP recently, said that he can excel even in politics just like how he performed in his official life. Sreedharan said he could discharge any duty entrusted on him efficiently and boldly. He was speaking at the valedictory function organized in connection with Vijaya yathra.
Sreedharan said he is happy to enter political life after serving 67 years in official duty. He is lucky to have dedicated many projects to the nation during the period. “I have the physical strength and also the mental strength to discharge my duties at this age. I joined the BJP only to do something for Kerala and I’m eager to do it. Whatever work is entrusted on me, I would do it in a satisfying manner like I did earlier,” Sreedharan said.
Sreedharan was speaking at the culmination of the BJP's rally 'Vijaya Yathra' at the Shanghumugham Beach here on Sunday.
