Forest officials along with police searching for the missing youth in forest

Kalpetta: An Adivasi youth was killed in a tiger attack in Wayanad. The deceased, Shivakumar(24), is a resident of Kattunaykkar Adivasi colony.

Shivakumar was missing since Tuesday. Forest authorities, police and local residents began to search for him on Wednesday morning and soon they identified marks on the ground of his body being dragged away.

The authorities found the remains of his body from deep inside the forest near Pulpally Karyapathi in Chethalayam forest range.

Last month, a Kannithodu native in Pathanamthitta was also killed following a tiger attack.
