Kochi: Justice Kauser Edappagath recused from hearing a petition in the actress attack case. He recused from hearing the petition filed by the survivor to re-examine the memory card. The survivor had expressed her dissatisfaction in the case hearing.
The footage of the actress getting attacked was leaked when the case was heard by the district court. The survivor indicated that Justice Kauser Edappagath is under the shadow of doubt and requested his replacement.
