New Delhi: The survivor of the 2017 actress assault case approached the Supreme Court with a plea to transfer the trial to another sessions court. The move comes days after Kerala High Court dismissed her plea seeking the same.

According to the appeal filed by the survivor, it is clear that accused Dileep had connections with the judge and this is evident from the audio retrieved by police officials.

The survivor claimed that the audio retrieved is of a lawyer who has connection with the judge. She also stated that the husband of the judge, an excise department official, is facing charges over a custodial murder case.
