Director Lal hails arrest; says Suni was in his best behaviour at sets

Kochi: Director Lal hailed the arrest of the main accused Pulsar Suni and believes unnecessarily dragging his name into the incident does not hurt him as everyone are aware of the truth. Immediately after the incident, the actress had reached his house and on information, police too were at his place, Lal said.

Lal said driver Pulsar Suni’s service was sought for his son Jean Paul’s new movie where many junior artists were needed for a marriage scene. And a driver like Suni was called from outside only for this, Lal added.

Lal also was in praise of Suni’s behaviour which he tried to maintain in the sets with his punctuality and minimum talk. Suni was also there with the troupe that went to Goa for the Honey Bee shooting. There were no doubts about his character and no suspicions too arose. Lal is happy that Suni was nabbed by the police well on time.

He also blamed the media for fabricating news. Reacting to rumours, Lal clarified that the actress had gone to Ernakulam to be in her friend’s house and not for any shooting schedules.
