Thiruvananthapuram: Actor Krishnakumar accepted BJP party membership from party national president JP Nadda.
He was given the membership at the event organised in Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of BJP state president K Surendran.
JP Nadda reached Kerala as part of the preparations for the Assembly election. He will take part in a public convention in Thrissur on Thursday.
Krishnakumar had told Mathrubhumi News earlier that he was ready to campaign for BJP in the Assembly election. He said that a public personality campaigning for a political party will help influence a lot of people.
