Kozhikode: Actor-director Joy Mathew criticized Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan regarding the outstanding payment to be given to architect Shankar.

Even after completing the construction works, the payment from various departments was pending and this put Shankar in a financial crisis, he said in the post.

Joy Mathew also said that Shankar is a great architect who accomplished the mission to provide shelter for the poor people in the society. Joy Mathew added that Shankar's company was collapsing and that the employees were on the verge of suicide due to the merciless attitude of bureaucrats under the CM.

The actor further said that officials waiting for bribes were behind every file. Joy Mathew made it clear in the post that the Chief Minister need not count the government's achievements during the press conference as the people will question him for everything
