Kochi: An actor and a film editor have been arrested for allegedly assaulting police officers, including a circle inspector, in Kochi on Tuesday.
The arrestees are Thrissur native Sanoop, popular on social media for dancing to the song Rasputin, and Palakkad native Rahul Raj.

The five-member gang is said to have assaulted the police officials of Kochi North Police Station during a routine inspection on Monday night. Three individuals fled the scene. The police had also taken their bikes into custody.
Police said the accused turned violent when they tried to take custody of their bikes.
