Thiruvananthapuram: The state government has announced more relaxations for Sabrimala ahead of the Mandala-Makaravilakku festival. With this, 60,000 devotees will be allowed to have darshan at the temple per day.

The Travancore Devaswom Board has informed that devotees will be allowed to directly perform ‘Neyyabhishekam’ from 7 am to 12 pm.

Forest path will be opened for the pilgrims as abiding by the COVID protocol.

The office of the devaswom minister has informed that a new tender was issued and the contract was given for solving the shortage of Aravana.
