Kannur: Police found five people, including three children, dead inside a house in Kannur on Wednesday morning.
The deceased are Cherupuzha natives Shaji and Sreeja, and Sreeja's three children, Sooraj, Surabi and Sujin. Sreeja and Shaji were found hanging inside the house.
Police suspect that Sreeja and Shafi killed themselves after murdering the children. The police have reached the spot. However, it is still unclear what led to their deaths.
