Kochi: A 28-year-old woman was killed in a road accident in Tripunithura on Thursday morning.
The deceased is Udayamperoor native Kavya. She was an employee of a private firm in Kadavanthra.
On way to the office, a speeding bike overtook Kavya’s scooter from the left side and crossed her to the right to take a U-turn. She lost balance and fell on the road. A private bus behind ran over her resulting in her death.
Though she was rushed to the hospital, she could not be saved.
