'Will express my opinion before anyone', Sudhakaran reacts to Chennithala’s remarks
Kannur: Lok Sabha MP and Congress leader K Sudhakaran has declared that he will express his opinion before anyone without any hesitation or fear. He was reacting to opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala's remark that Sudhakaran felt disappointment with Congress' candidates list as he has no idea about the political situation.
“Chennithala has issued a wrong statement. It is just his feeling. I’m not afraid to express my opinion before anyone. I will express my opinion at the right time, at the right venue,” asserted Sudhakaran.
“I’m not satisfied with the party’s selection of candidates. But I’m not interested to blame anyone for the drawbacks in the candidates’ list. Now, we can move forward with the party approved list of candidates. As per the rule in Congress, complaints will be resolved after holding talks with the leaders. Discussions are in progress for this purpose,” said Sudhakaran.
“I didn’t demand for seat in Dharmadom. Nobody asked me to contest the polls from Dharmadom. I am ready to contest from any seat and sacrifice anything for the party,” he added.
Sudhakaran pointed out that Pinarayi Vijayan was not an issue for Congress in Dharmadom.
In Kerala, UDF and LDF are competing with each other. Whoever be the candidate, UDF is competing against LDF. We will move forward with a strong election campaign. I believe UDF will definitely win the assembly polls, said Sudhakaran.
