'Stay away from mysterious people,' CPM directs personal staff of ministers
Thiruvananthapuram: After Chief Minister’ s office came under fire over the diplomatic baggage gold smuggling case, CPM has alerted the personal staff of ministers to keep distance from people with mysterious background. CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan alerted the personal staff members to be vigilant in personal relationships.
CPM summoned the meeting of all personal staff on Thursday at the AKG centre. The meeting which commenced at 11 is was concluded at 1 pm.
Kodiyeri explained the directives which should be strictly followed by the personal staff for making the offices more effective. He also detailed the code of conduct for the staff members.
“Never fall prey to controversies. Offices of ministers should be more effective. Never allow any mysterious person to visit the office. The behaviour of the personal staff members plays a major role in creating the image of the government among the public. Never commit any mistake to create any allegation. Everyone should stay vigilant ahead of the elections. The state government is likely to face more allegations and controversies in the coming months. Hence, everyone should be more vigilant and any decision should be taken after discussing it with others," reminded Kodiyeri.
