'CM met Swapna 6 times; Cliff House is source of all corruption,' alleges Chennithala
Thiruvanananthapuram: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala alleged that Cliff House, the official residence of the Chief Minister, is the source of all corruptions in the state. He also said it has been clear that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was aware of everything including Swapna Suresh’s appointment.
The Chief Minister’s claim that CCTVs in Cliff House were damaged in lightning is just an anticipatory bail argument, he alleged. He was speaking after inaugurating the fourth phase of 'Speak up Kerala' protest here.
The Chief Minister has to explain why he met Swapna Suresh 6 times and the reasons for those meetings. CM had repeated that he did not know about Swapna’s appointment. How come he did not know about an appointment to a top post in Space Park, which is directly under him, Chennithala asked.
Ramesh Chennithala also alleged that Chief Minister knew about the appointment and he is repeating the lies. He added that that the ruling party is staying away from channel discussions as they cannot defend these allegations.
