New Delhi: Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of India TV, Rajat Sharma, has been elected as the President of News Broadcasters Association (NBA) .
Mathrubhumi Joint Managing Director MV Shreyams Kumar has been elected as Vice-President of NBC. Anuradha Prasad , who is the chairperson of News24 Broadcast India Ltd, has been elected as Treasurer.
The new office-bearers were elected in the NBA Board Meeting.
MK Anand (Times Network), KVL Narayana Rao (NDTV) , Rahul Joshi (TV 18), Rajiv Singh (Zee media), Avinash Pandey (Anand Bazar Patrika ) and I Venkat (Eenadu) have been chosen as the new directors.
Shreyams Kumar, who is the national executive member of Indian Newspaper Society and management committee member of International Advertising Association (India Chapter), has been serving as a member of the NBA director board form 2014 onwards.
