New Delhi: The Seed (Student Empowerment for Environmental Development) initiative by Mathrubhumi to create environment awareness among students has won the CSR Times award.

The award was presented to Mathrubhumi Seed as the best corporate in green and environment stewardship category.

Owing to COVID-19, the award ceremony was held online. Mathrubhumi Director Mayura Shreyams Kumar accepted the award. On the occasion of Seed entering its 12th year, she dedicated the award to the students, teachers and coordinators who were part of the initiative.

Seed is being implemented by Mathrubhumi in partnership with Federal Bank.
