The government has also closed all non-essential services in Delhi in view of the growing number of coronavirus cases in the region.

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Friday that the government will close down all malls in Delhi, with an exception for grocery, pharmacy and vegetable shops in them.

"In view of the prevailing situation, we are closing down all malls (except grocery, pharmacy and vegetable shops in them)," Kejriwal tweeted.

The government has also closed all non-essential services in Delhi in view of the growing number of coronavirus cases in the region.
