'Appear before Assembly Speaker at 6 pm', SC to rebel Karnataka MLAs
New Delhi: The supreme court has asked the 10 rebel Congress-JDS Karnataka MLAs to meet Assembly Speaker KR Ramesh Kumar on Thursday at 6 pm and submit their resignations if they so wish. SC said "security would be provided to the MLAs.”
The Court also ordered the DGP of Karnataka to provide protection to all the rebel MLAs and adjourned the hearing for tomorrow (July 12).
The Supreme Court also said that Karnataka Speaker has to take a decision in remaining part the day.
