Retired school teacher and son donate house and land to Seva Bharathi
Ernakulam: Sarojini Amma and son Mohanachandran of Ramachaya house in Parakkadavu panchayat, decided to donate their house and 24.5 cents of land to Seva Bharathi. The house key was handed over to Seva Bharathy Angamaly unit president Retd. Major Jyothish R Nair and the land documents were given to general secretary CR Sudhakaran.
Seva Bharathi also took up the responsibility of both Sarojini Amma, who is a retired school teacher, and her unmarried son.
TN Prakashan, Kunjiraman Puthussery, CN Sasidharan, AV Raghunath were present when the key and documents were handed over.
Almost 15 months back, Leela Antharjanam of Parakkadavu panchayat donated 71 cents of land to Seva Bharathi. The construction of ‘Sukarma Vikas Kendra’ is going on, in which 25 differently abled children can reside and stay.
