Noushad who gave clothes for flood victims honoured with ‘cloth installation’
Kodungallur (Thrissur): Street vendor Noushad who contributed all the clothes he brought for sale, to the flood survivors in relief camps has been honoured with an installation made with clothes.
It was noted artist and sculptor Davinchi Suresh who created the cloth installation of Noushad at the sit-out of his house.
P. M. Noushad who sells clothes at the street in Ernakulam Broadway had donated all the clothes stocked for Eid sale to the flood relief volunteers.
Davinchi Suresh managed to create the installation even when he was busy cleaning the slush dumped in the house compound after waterlogging. The 12-feet long and 8-feet wide installation is made by arranging clothes on the floor.
