Kozhikode: There were people who won several hearts through their relentless efforts while Kerala was reeling under flood. Jaisal was one among them who was praised for allowing people step on his back to get into the boat.

While taking part in the rescue efforts, he bent down and let women to step on his back to get into the rescue boat.

Noticing his great gesture, Eram Motors decided to honour him with a brand new car. Excise minister TP Ramakrishnan handed over the first Mahindra Marazzo to Jaisal at an event in Kozhikode.

Jaisal responded that this was something which he can never dream of. He added that he would like to use this vehicle for charity activities.

Owner of Eram Motors Dr Siddique Ahammed said that he had planned to begin the sale of Marazzo by gifting it to a person who has done invaluable contributions to the society and then he found Jaisal as the suitable person.
