Sheethal is making use of free time in between studying medicine, by indulging in her artistic passion. Her instagram page named ‘-artist.doctor-’ is followed by a lot of people. She has described her bio as ‘Doctor Outside Artist Inside’.
Sheethal is a 4th-year MBBS student of Al Azhar Medical College in Thodupuzha. During the lockdown, she turned the walls in the house to her canvas.
The 2-metre tall Kathakali painting on wall has earned her a place in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records. She used acrylic paints for the Kathakali painting.
Sheethal has not learned painting. Each painting is a result of her innate talent. She is really fond of pencil sketching as well as portrait paintings. She even does portrait painting on demand.
When asked how she finds the time to paint during her studies, she responded that it is a passion that gives her joy between studies.
Sheethal was a shining star in dance competitions during the district and state level school youth festivals. She learned dance lessons from her teacher RLV Unnikrishnan.
She is the daughter of a High Court Advocate Clerk, Ramesh and Sunitha. She has 2 siblings Anurag and Avin Rag.
