Thiruvananthapuram: A man was hacked to death following an argument here.
The deceased was identified as Radhakrishnan (57) of Ayirooppara. He was hacked at Pothencode around 12.30 am on Tuesday.
Passers by found Radhakrishnan lying on the road in a pool of blood and informed the police. Radhakrishnan was hacked on the leg. Police came to the spot and rushed him to the Medical College. However, he died around 7 am.
On the way to the hospital, Radhakrishnan told police that his friend Anil had hacked him. Following an argument, Anil hacked Radhakrishnan using a machete.
The Pothencode police are searching for Anil.
