BJP activist stabbed amid quarrel over black money case in Thrissur
Thrissur: The argument between BJP activists over Kodakara black money case ended up in violence after one got stabbed here on Sunday. As per the reports, BJP men clashed with each other at Thrithallur COVID vaccination centre in Vadanappally. Amidst the ruckus, Kiran (27), a BJP activist at Thrithallur beach Vyasa Nagar was stabbed by a party man.
Kiran who suffered injuries was rushed to a private hospital in Thrissur.
It is reported that BJP activists quarrelled over the social media posts related to the black money case.
Activists in Thrithallur Ezhamkallu and Beach Vyasa Nagar were created the ruckus here.
BJP men in beach Vyasa Nagar alleged that a BJP leader in Ezhamkallu is involved in the black money case. The two groups continued their argument over the allegation through social media. This quarrel ended up in the violence on Sunday.
Some BJP activists at Vyasa Nagar reached the vaccination centre on Sunday afternoon to take the vaccine. Some BJP men from Ezhamkallu were also present at the centre.
Later, the two groups fell into an argument and attacked each other.
