Woman Athlete Sameeha Barwin was denied from competing in the World Deaf Athletics Championship It is alleged that 'The All India Sports Council of Deaf' does not allow Sammeha, a hearing-impaired female athlete to compete, as she is the only female among the five other athletes traveling to Poland for the championship. A lack of funding is another problem she is struggling to cope with.
