23rd CPM Party Congress
The 23rd Party Congress of CPM started here on Tuesday as chief minister and party politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan hoisted the flag. As many as 811 delegates are attending the supreme decision-making event of the party. It will elect a new central committee and a politburo on the last day.
