Unni Mukundan visits Sabarimala, thanks Ayyappa for Malikappuram’s success

Sabarimala: Actor Unni Mukundan paid a visit to Sabarimala to thank Lord Ayyappa for his blessings.

His film 'Malikappuram', the story of two children paying a visit to Lord Ayyappa, is now in theatres.

The actor told media persons here that he came to the shrine to thank Lord Ayyappa for the film’s success.

“The day January 14 has a lot of significance in my life. I faced the camera for my debut movie on January 14. Also, ‘Meppadiyan’, a turning point in my life, was also released on January 14,” Unni Mukundan said.

Thanking the Lord, the actor added, “I got the opportunity to play Ayyappa in the movie. I don’t know whether I will get a similar chance again. I thank my team and all the families in Kerala for making the movie a grand success,” he said.
