Sharjah: Malayalam film superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty attended a marriage ceremony in Sharjah on Sunday. The superstars attended the wedding ceremony of the son of business tycoon M A Yusuff Ali’s brother M A Ashraf Ali, Executive Director of Lulu Group. The groom is Fahas and the bride is Siya, daughter of Muvattupuzha resident T S Yahiya and Sahira Yahiya.
Azad Mooppen, Aster DM Healthcare Chairman and MD, Apparel group chairman Nilesh Ved, SFC group Chairman Muraleedharan, Malabar Gold Managing Director (International Operations) Shamlal Ahmed and Shamsuddin bin Mohiyuddin were present at the function at Al Jawahar Convention Center in Sharjah. .
Mammootty and Mohanlal arrived Dubai on Sunday to receive UAE Golden Visas. They are the first Malayali actors receiving Golden Visas. They are honoured in recognition of their contributions to the Malayalam film industry. Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Sania Mirza already received the Golden Visas earlier.
