Suresh Gopi donates Rs 2 lakh for welfare of mimicry artistes

Actor Suresh Gopi kept his promise by donating Rs 2 lakh from the advance received for his next movie for the welfare of mimicry artistes in Kerala. The cheque worth Rs 2 lakh was handed over to director Nadhirshah.

The amount was donated from the advance amount for the movie produced by Listin Stephen and Magic Frames, which is temporarily named ‘SG255’. Suresh Gopi revealed this through a Facebook post shared on Sunday.

Several celebrities and fans conveyed their wishes and gratitude when he shared the picture with Nadhirshah. Earlier, the actor had dispensed Rs 1 lakh from the advance amount received for the movie ‘Ottakomban’ for the mimicry artistes.
