Mollywood’s Yesteryear superstar Jayan’s popular movie ‘Angadi’ directed by IV Sasi, which was released in 1980, will get a re-release on YouTube. The movie will be uploaded on the official YouTube channel of SCube Films on November 16.
Ahead of the YouTube release, the trailer of the movie was released on YouTube.
The movie is regarded as the milestone in the career of actor Jayan who inspired generations with his stunning performance 4 decades ago.
“Remembering the eternal superstar of Malayalam cinema... It is an honour for us to release the trailer of Angadi, one of the classic blockbusters of Malayalam cinema. Angadi will be premiered online on 16th November, the remembrance day of the legend, Sri Jayan on SCube YouTube channel,” wrote SCube Films in the official Facebook page announcing the YouTube release of the movie.
'Angadi' was produced by PV Gangadharan under the banner of Grihalakshmi Productions. The script was penned by T Damodaran. Seema and Sukumaran played pivotal roles in the movie.
