Alphonse Puthren about Marakkar Arabikadalinte Simham
Director Alphonse Puthren commented on the movie ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’ starring Mohanlal and directed by Priyadarshan, after watching the movie. The movie is like the blockbuster hit of the same combo ‘Kaalapani’ or a better one on a large scale production.
Alphonse said that he has been a big fan of the Mohanlal-Priyadarshan combo which had influenced him since childhood. He could see the same spirit of the combo in ‘Marakkar’ as well. As a viewer, he loved the movie and has a lot to comment but since the movie is yet to be released, he did not want to speak much about it.
The theme music of the movie composed by Rahul Raj has been released the other day and has been widely accepted by the audience. The movie will be released worldwide on December 2. The movie is produced by Antony Perumbavoor on the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas with a budget of Rs 100 cr and within a duration of 2.5 years. The movie has an ensemble cast led by Manju Warrier, Arjun Sarja, Suniel Shetty, Prabhu, Keerthy Suresh, Mukesh, Siddique, Nedumudi Venu, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Suhasini, Fasil and Pranav Mohanlal in supporting roles.
