'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect', the recently released movie directed by actor R Madhavan is running successfully in theatres. The movie is based on the life of Keralite Nambi Narayanan, a former ISRO scientist and aerospace engineer who was caught in the throes of an espionage scandal. The biopic, which was shot in multiple languages simultaneously unveils the truth behind the mystery. R. Madhavan, who plays Nambi Narayanan in the film, has also produced and written it.

Like the story of the film has a Malayali connection, Anoop Raghupathi, a native of Irinjalakuda in Thrissur designed the title of the movie which had worldwide release on July 1.

Anoop Raghupathi is behind the title posters of the movie in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. He works in an IT company in Bengaluru and pursues title designing on freelance terms. Interest in films is the reason which motivates him to do title designing. He made his film debut as a title designer with the movie 'Salt Mango Tree'. After that, he did titles for another movie 'Kalyanam'. According to Anoop, 'Rocketry' is his first big project.

Bijith Bala, the editor of 'Rocketry' is Anoop's friend and it is through him the latter got in touch with Madhavan. Anoop's title design was sent to Madhavan and he found it interesting. After one year, he asked for improvisation and the new title designs were provided. Interestingly, Anoop Raghupathi was given a chance as Madhavan did not find the designs of an agency assigned for the work catchy.
