While the blockbuster ‘Rorschach’ is still attracting masses to the theatre, megastar Mammootty has announced his next venture. ‘Kathal- The Core’ is directed by Jeo Baby, known for ‘The Great Indian Kitchen’.
The film also marks the return of the Kollywood actor Jyotika to the Malayalam film industry after 12 years. Her last film was Seethakalyanam in 2009.
Produced by ‘Mammootty Kampany’, the film will be distributed by Dulquer Salman’s Wayfarer Films.
The script is by Adarsh Sukumaran and Paul Scaria. Actors Lalu Alex, Muthumani, Chinnu Chandini and others are also part of the film.
