Megastar Mammootty greeted his friend and colleague superstar Mohanlal on his 60th birthday.
The ‘Mamangam’ actor extended his greetings through a video titled 'To My Lal' on his Facebook page.
“Today is Lal’s birthday. We know each other for 33 years. We met for the first time on the set of ‘Padayottam’. From then, we are good friends. He addresses me like my own brother. When some people call me ‘Ichakka’, I am not so much pleased with it. But I found some sort of happiness when Lal calls me ‘Ichakka’. I felt like my own sibling is around me. He was there as a family member when my daughter and son got married,” said Mammootty in the video.
The actor extended his heartwarming wishes to Mohanlal.
Mohanlal and Mammootty shared screen space in more than 50 movies from the 80s.
