Mohanlal starrer ‘Drishyam’ directed by Jeethu Joseph was a super hit movie released in 2013. The crime thriller was remade in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil after its success in theatres. Now, sources confirmed that the movie will have a sequel soon.
Superstar Mohanlal has confirmed these reports by sharing a promo video of ‘Drishyam 2’ on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
He took to his social media pages and treated his fans with the promo video.
‘Drishyam 2’ directed by Jeethu Joseph will be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
The team plans the movie in low budget amid COVID-19 outbreak. The shooting will commence after the lockdown.
Further details of ‘Drishyam 2’ is not available at the moment.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph teamed up again for another movie ‘Ram’. According to reports, the movie was scheduled to release for Onam.
