Neeraj hads said in his post that a production controller had told him there are some unwritten rules in the industry which should be followed. He should name the production controller and under what context it was uttered, Unnikrishnan said in the letter.
Neeraj had also said that in the beginning of his career, he was paid only half the amount of that earned by hairdressers. This is an anti-women remark and should bring clarity, FEFKA said.
The actor had further mentioned of a lobby in the Malayalam movie industry which cuts off upcoming talents when rules are not abided to. If there is a such lobby, it is the responsibility of the trade union to deal with it, the letter said.
