Actor cum director Dhyan Sreenivasan as advice to emerging filmmakers said that one should refrain from doing their best story initially. Speaking in an exclusive interview with Mathrubhumi, Dhyan opined, “The day I feel like I will be out of Malayalam cinema, I will make my best film.”
“If we use our Brahmastra in the initial stage itself, then what will be left for later? Cinema basically talks about common sense. There is no shortage of technical experts here. However, we lack people who can write good stories,” said the actor.
When asked about his upcoming projects, Dhyan said that the screenplay of his next film is almost complete. “It’s a romantic comedy movie, but not like ‘Love Action Drama’. There is also a project written for Manju chechi (Manju Warrier) in the pipeline,” he added.
