Kochi: Actor Tovino Thomas, who was injured during the shooting of a movie, has been discharged from hospital.
Tovino was injured during the shooting of his next movie titled ‘Kala' at a set in Piravom. According to reports, he got injured after being kicked in the abdomen while shooting an action sequence.
Tovino was subjected to Computed Tomography (CT) Angiogram which revealed that he was suffering from internal bleeding. Tovino was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for 48 hour observation.
‘Kala’ directed by ‘Adventures of Omanakuttan’ fame Rohit BS started rolling from September.
