Kottayam: Fathima Ismail, the mother of actor Mammootty, passed away at a private hospital in Kochi early Friday morning. She was 93 years old.
Her husband, Panaparambil Ismail, predeceased her.
Fathima Ismail is survived by her children: Ibrahim, Zachariah, Amina, Suadha and Shafeena. The last rites will be held on Friday at 4 pm at Chempu Juma Masjid.
