Vijay Antony, Meera
Chennai: Tamil actor and composer Vijay Antony’s daughter, Meera, died by suicide on Tuesday morning. She was 16. She was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her house in TTK Road, Chennai.
Although Meera, a plus two student, was rushed to a private hospital, she could not be saved. As per reports, she took the drastic step owing to mental stress. Police have initiated a probe into the incident.
The tragic incident has come as a shock for the actor and his family. Vijay Antony, who is married to Fathima, also has another daughter Lara.
