Thiruvananthapuram: Actor and writer B Harikumar passed away here on Thursday. His last rites will be performed at Thycaud crematorium here on Friday at 10 am.
Harikumar was the nephew of veteran actor Adoor Bhasi and great-grandson of novelist CV Raman Pillai.
The actor who hails from Thiruvananthapuram was a bank employee. He had penned two books- ‘Adoor Bhasi Phalithangal’ and ‘Chiriyude Thampuran’. He had published 14 novels and over 100 stories. He had also penned the script for telefilms and serials.
Harikumar is survived by his wife Sreerekha and son Hemanth.
