Singer K S Chithra celebrates Onam with flood victims, urges support for relief
Many a people including commoners and celebrities are extending help to the flood victms in Kerala. Renowned playback singer K. S. Chithra has joined the mission to support people of flood-hit areas on the auspicious day of Onam.
Chithra has decided to celebrate Onam with flood victims in Alappuzha relief camp. Minister Thomas Issac also will accompany her. She had released a video a few days ago requesting all to join hands to rebuild Kerala.
Chithra has also visited the relief camp at her alma mater Cotton Hill school. She also appreciated those who work hard for the relief activities. She sang a song for the volunteers and camp inmates. K. S. Chithra has contributed Rs 2 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF).
