Sai Pallavi joins Green India Challenge, plants tree sapling
Actress Sai Pallavi who won the hearts of audience with her debut movie Premam starring Nivin Pauly proved her responsibility towards environment by taking up the Green India challenge. She accepted the challenge from actor Varun Tej.
On Thursday, Sai Pallavi took to her Instagram and posted a pic in which she was seen planting a tree sapling.
"The quality of air is deteriorating to a scary extent. We’ve been taking more than we give. We need to start now n one plant each, is a great place to begin. I request everyone to go out there, find a place, plant a tree and make a difference,” she captioned the pic.

Tollywood star Akhil Akkineni was first among the stars who took up the challenge. He planted a tree sapling accepting the challenge from MP J Santosh Kumar. Posting his pic on twitter, he challenged his brother actor Naga Chaitanya and actor Varun Tej.
