Prithviraj and team resume ‘Aadujeevitham’ shooting in Jordan amid lockdown
Mollywood star Prithviraj and team resumed shooting of ‘Aadujeevitham’ directed by Blessy in Jordan. The 58-member team has been stranded in Jordan since last month after the Jordanian authorities imposed lockdown following the coronavirus outbreak.
Now, sources close to the team reported that the shooting has restarted. Scenes featuring Prithviraj are now being shot. At the same time, some foreign stars who are acting in the movie are unable to join for the shoot as international flight operations are yet to resume.
Earlier this month, the team including Prithviraj and director Blessy sought help from the government to evacuate them from Jordan after the authorities denied permission to continue shooting in Jordan. The Indian government had taken action to extend the visa of the team and assured all help in Jordan as it was impossible to evacuate them amid the pandemic.
‘Aadujeevitham’, based on the novel written by Bennyamin under the same title, is the dream of project Blessy and Prithviraj. For the second schedule shooting of the movie in Jordan, Prithviraj had a physical makeover by shedding 30 kg.
The movie will feature Amala Paul in the female lead.
