Have a good sleep Raju, Mallika Sukumaran to son
Kochi: Like a climax scene of a thriller movie, Mollywood star Prithviraj who got stranded in Jordan while shooting for ‘Aadujeevitham’ for almost three months landed in Kochi on Friday. The 58-member team of the movie including the actor returned to Kerala in the special repatriation flight amid the coronavirus outbreak. His mother actress Mallika Sukumaran is feeling relieved after her son is back safely to Kerala. When he reached Kerala, his mother told only one thing him.
“Have a good sleep Raju….,” said Mallika to her son.
Prithvi phoned his mother after reaching the hotel which is a paid quarantine centre.
“When I heard his voice, I was happy and relieved. He was too tired as he did not have a good sleep. So I told him to have breakfast and go to sleep. I also assured him we will have a detailed conversation later,”
Mallika narrated her phone conversation with Prithviraj.
“Alamkritha was really missing her dada (father). Last day, she wrote ‘My Father is Coming’ on her blackboard and showed it to me. When I asked her what does it mean, she replied ‘Dada will be back soon Achamma (granny). But our long waiting will end after 14 days. It is okay. If we can wait for such a long time, 14 days is not a big deal,” said Prithvi’s mother.
At the same time, Mallika faced another trouble when she was glad about her son’s arrival. Her house at Kundamankadavu in Thiruvananthapuram was submerged in water following the heavy rains.
She was shifted from her house safely by Fire Force personnel. At present, she is at her brother’s house at Jawahar Nagar in Thiruvananthapuram.
