Fahadh Faasil forgets ID proof, secretary rushes to booth with Aadhaar card
Alappuzha: As a responsible citizen, actor Fahadh Faasil always keeps a political stand in his life. For this Lok Sabha polls, he had a clear idea on the candidate to whom he will cast his vote. But while leaving for the polling booth from the shooting location in a hurry, he forgot to take his ID proof.
He was busy with the shooting of ‘Trans’ directed by Anvar Rasheed in Kochi. But he took a break from the location to exercise his franchise. He arrived at the polling booth at St Sebastian’s school in Alappuzha around 7.30 in the morning. He forgot to take ID proof.
But when he informed the matter to his secretary in his office, he managed to find Fahadh’s aadhaar card from there. Later, he rushed to the booth with Fahadh’s ID proof. Finally, the actor exercised his right to vote.
Fadhadh arrived at the polling booth along with his father director Faasil and mother Roseena.
“We arrived at the booth early morning. But Fahadh did not take any of his ID proofs. We planned to inform the matter to the officials at polling station. But his secretary took his Aadhaar card to the booth before his turn,” said Fahadh’s father Faasil.
Fahadh and family had to wait for one hour in the queue to cast their vote. After voting, Fahadh returned to the shooting location at Kochi.
