Don’t kill Solo, Dulquer begs to audience
Actor Dulquer Salman requested audience to avoid negative promotion of his latest movie ‘Solo’. He expressed his regret at change in the climax of the movie without the approval of the director. He shared his feelings with the audience through his Facebook post.
He begged the audience to treat the movie with an open mind and have a blast with the film.
“I loved every second of it. Sure there are a few issues here and there, in terms of language, because it is a bilingual and maybe the Shekhar track needed longer screen time. But, I absolutely LOVED the FILM. The original version. The version my director, Bejoy Nambiar envisioned,” he wrote in his post.
“Support of audience was my courage. So booing and mocking solo at theatres break our heart,” said Dulquer Salman.
“I stand by Bejoy Nambiar. And his version. Always. Cutting, shuffling or whatever by persons unrelated to the making of the film, is equal to killing the film,” he added supporting the director Bejoy Nambiar.
